"Tutor" refers to the person responsible for providing tuition to the Client.

"Client" refers to the individual receiving tutoring services.

"Resources" refers to educational materials and content available on the Business's website.
2. General

2.1. By requesting Tutor Information, the Client acknowledges their acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3. Business Responsibilities

3.1. The Business will invoice the Client monthly for upcoming tuition sessions.
4. Client Responsibilities

4.1. The Client agrees to pay the fixed and non-negotiable hourly rate for tuition sessions, including the initial meeting.

4.2. Payment for tuition services is to be made in advance on a monthly basis and is non-refundable.

4.3. Failure to make payment for the upcoming month will result in the cancellation of sessions, and the Client's place may be offered to clients on the waiting list.

4.4. The Client must communicate with the tutor regarding any changes, including changes to direct debits.

4.5. The Business will provide a range of resources. These resources are the intellectual property of the Business and are not to be shared with any other person or establishment, in part or in their entirety. Any sharing of this property is a breach of the Business’s copyright.
5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1. If the Client cancels a scheduled tuition session or does not attend, they will have access to Resources on the Business's website. This allows them to work independently and catch up on missed material, and as a result, no refund will be provided for such situations.
6. Cancellation of Engagement

6.1. To cancel the agreement with the Tutor, a Client must provide at least 28 working days' notice in writing via email.
7. Indemnity

8. Law

8.1. These Terms and Conditions, as well as any disputes or claims related to them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales.

8.2. Both parties agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising from this agreement.
